About Me
Hello, I’m Mrs. Jasmine Caballero, aka Mrs.Jazz, the proud owner and lead provider of Jazzy’s Learning Hub LLC, a licensed family daycare in Hagerstown, MD. With over 18 years of childcare experience, I’ve dedicated my career to creating a warm, structured, and engaging environment where children feel safe, loved, and excited to learn every day.
My journey began at D Nartey Nurturing Daycare, where I discovered my passion for early childhood education and spent many years teaching, mentoring, and shaping little learners. That experience inspired me to open my own program one that blends nurturing care with purposeful learning.
I hold my 90 Clock Hours in Infants & Toddlers, am CPR & First Aid certified, and continuously expand my professional training through the Maryland State Department of Education. Beyond early education, I also earned my Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, which fuels my strong commitment to safety, organization, and digital responsibility values I carry into every aspect of how I protect and communicate with families.
As a licensed provider (License #262162) and participant in MSDE EXCELS( Level 3), I take pride in maintaining a safe, stimulating, and trustworthy environment that supports each child’s social, emotional, and academic growth.

Services
My services are designed to meet the needs of busy families while supporting each child’s individual development.
Full-Time
A warm, home-based learning environment that supports your child’s growth through play, exploration, and structure. Our full-time program nurtures independence, creativity, and school readiness skills.
Part-Time
Our part-time program offers families flexibility while providing children with meaningful learning experiences in a nurturing environment. Whether attending a few days a week or on a set schedule, children enjoy engaging activities that support social, emotional, and early academic growth.
Drop-In Care
Perfect for parents needing occasional childcare or a few hours of reliable care. Our drop-in option provides a safe, welcoming space for your little one to play, learn, and explore while you take care of your day. Advanced notice is required based on availability.
Additional Services
Care is available for infants to school aged children based on availability and program capacity. Space is Limted. Spots are filled on a first come-first secured basis.
Evening Care
Evening and night childcare provides safe, structured care during later hours. Children participate in calm activities, dinner or snack time, and a relaxing wind-down routine. This service is ideal for parents working second shifts or needing evening support.
Saturday Academic Tutoring
Saturday tutoring offers focused academic support in a one-on-one or small-group setting. Sessions are designed to reinforce reading, math, school readiness, and homework skills. Tutoring is appointment-based, pre-scheduled, and limited to ensure individualized attention.
Saturday Date Night/Evening Care
Saturday evening care provides parents with peace of mind while enjoying a night out or attending events. Children are cared for in a licensed, safe environment with engaging activities and a calming routine. Advance registration and pre-payment are required. Space is limited.
